I decided to do a penny spinner card, using the design for card #5. This is from the national scrapbooking (NSD) Cardmaking workshop 1.

Two Face/Negative Split| Embossing Technique

Happy Saturday Crafty Peeps!

I wanted to show off some really cute cards using a technique split negative. Before I realized what the name of this was actually called I dubbed it two faced cards or Ying Yang. I think all three work!

I showed my DanYellScraps VIP private facebook group this first! We did all black and white cards. Then I showed this to the Let's Flock Together facebook group! This time I stepped it up a notch and showed them how to do other colors, and to use versamark ink with their NON-pigment ink pads to create an embossed image <---- ---="" cool="" right="" super="">  Watch the tutorial here below, then keep scrolling for close up pictures and supplies used! 

Supplies used:
Stamps: fly by greetings, Mighty Oak, and the May SOTM.
Paper: Eggplant, Bluebird, &white daisy cardstock.
Ink: Blue Bird, Eggplant, & Versamark ink.
Embossing Powder: ranger brand - White and Clear extra fine.
Paper trimmer
Card bases & Envelopes

Additional supplies used:
Craft foam
Stamp platform

#100dayproject Update|have you been crafty?

Hello Crafty Friends!
