Happy Monday - This weeks challenge is creative cards, ANY size or shape except NOT a standard (A2; 4.25”x5.5”) card! I have not made a Pop-up box card in years! I love this card style, with my daughters pending 4th birthday, loving pink and dinosaurs, this was a perfect choice!!!!
Using Something Fierce paper collection and cut aparts, I have created a pop-up box card.
This quickly turned into a Birthday card when I used a number 4 from the artbooking cricut cartridge and the senitment Happy Birthday from the January Stamp of the Month, 'Card Captions'
The front of card will adorn my Daughters name, by using the cricut artbooking font, and welding the letters together to fit under so a-roar-able.
When folded flat, this can easily be mailed in a 5 x 7 card envelope, as it measures 5 x 5.
Be sure to visit the H2H blog to enter this weeks challenge and to see other designers' inspiration.

Hate your handwriting? Want your Journaling to stand out? Are your stickers always missing a letter or two? Why not use your Alphabet stamps?
I interviewed my six year old on all of his favorite things. Using his answers, I journaled them as the background of my layout with my Simply Said alphabet stamp set.
Favorite Things
The end of each answer a heart was used to separate the next question. Each heart was then accented with a black shimmer brush, which adds just the right amount of sparkle.
The rainbow wave line was created using Pomegranate, Pansy, Sapphire, Willow, and Goldrush inks, using the dotted line found in the adorable years of sweetness stamp sets. Each letter follows the same rainbow pattern.
I just love some of his answers, be still my heart.
Right now ALL alphabet stamps are 35% off in celebration of Close to My Hearts 35 years in business.

I am on fire with the Something Fierce paper collection!
Today I am using scraps to create a single page layout! I have LIVE facebook video of me putting this together, so for those visual peeps, I got your back! Scroll down to the end of this post to see the video! :)
Lets see this quick, quilt layout!
Something Fierce Scraps for a Quilt Layout
The base is a 12x12 (inches) Background and Texture Paper (B&T) from the new Mix in collection. The mix in paper packet is designed to be used with any of the CTMH paper collections. It comes with 6 double sided sheets!
Next comes the white daisy cardstock - really this could be any colored cardstock - this was cut 9.75 x 9.75(inches) and centered on the 12 x12 base.
Each square is cut just under 2 inches, and placed about .25 inches from the edge for the white daisy cardstock. The paper used for these squares is from the Something Fierce paper collection. This collection, has fun whimsical dinosaurs on one side, and for those without kiddos, has a lighthearted grown-up prints.
The cluster title is taken from the cut apart sheet, and finished off using the January Stamp of the Month, Card Creations (not just for cards) behind the title you can see a small banner tag and a pewter colored star!
Cluster title - Love Today
To finish the layout, a dot line was stamped around the white daisy cardstock, drawing your eye in. This dot line can be found in the Years of Sweetness stamp collection
Featured colors: Willow, Ballerina, Bluebird, Canary and Pewter
Here is the video tutorial that was recorded LIVE on my facebook page, and reloaded on Youtube.

When I made the adorable pencil holder valentines (click here to see those) there were left over super cute hearts. I had to just use them. First I thought a layout, but then a card idea popped into my head.
I started with a standard A2 card base (4.25" x 5.5") and lined my hearts so two hung off the side and the third was centered between the two.
Heart card starting place
Once I had my hearts placed where I liked them, I traced them. Using the pencil marks as a guide, I cut my card based to create a window.
Loose Silver Sequins
A simple acetate sheet was placed on the inside, then a layer of 3D foam tape was added to the inside of the card base, and very closely around the window. Inside the winder, silver, loose sequins were added, and a white daisy card base adhered on top.
3D Foam Tape to create a window.
The sentiment "Happy Birthday" was stamped in versa mark ink, and heat embossed in Ranger White embossing powder, on Black Cardstock. The piece was cut in a dove tail at both ends, with a strip of 3D Foam tape behind it, and centered on the lagoon heart.
I'd love to hear what you think of my scrap made card in the comments below!

This weeks Heart 2 Heart Challenge is The Important things.
I have created a 6" x 8" album to capture our first family vacation as a family of six. We traveled 12 hours in a car, and learned so much about each other. ONE - we can do a car trip - it was so much fun!
The cover page speaks for its self, and I narrowed down our important things learned, to 9 (may or may not of had something to do with the amount of Journaling Space)
There are eight journaling pages with titles. So much space to tell our story. Which I completed after the pictures were taken.
Each journaling page has matching photo page. I have added Flip flaps to many of them. Pictures are 4x6, 3x4, 4x3, 4x4 and 3x3.
The album ends with this adorable back cover page for final thoughts.
Supplies: Something Fierce paper collection, Something Fierce compliments, Something Fierce coordinating cardstock, 4x6, 3x4 and 3x3 Flip flaps and simply said alphabet stamp set.
Be sure to visit the H2H blog and see our designers' inspiration. Then while you are there link up your artwork for this weeks challenge.......
As we kick off 2019, Heart2Heart challenges would like for you to remember the Important Things- and then share them with us! You do NOT have to use the recent Close To My Heart "Important Things" bundle, although you certainly could. Some people pick a particular word to focus on this year as their important thing. For others, it's family or home. However you interpret it, you have the entire month of January to join us and show off your most important things. (Just remember to use some CTMH product in your creation to join us.) We are also welcoming our new design team members to the H2H family! Please be sure to welcome them in the comments.
